What is your Return and exchange policy?

Returns are accepted as long as the product is in new and unused condition.

To initiate an Return, contact support@deermeatfordinner.com with order information to begin the return process.

How soon can I expect my order to ship?

Please plan for your order to ship in 5 business days from the date it was placed.

Can I update sizes or shipping information once my order is placed?

Once an order is received, there is a very small window to update before it goes to production. Please send an email as soon as possible to support@deermeatfordinner.com to inquire about a size or shipping update. Once it is produced or shipped, it cannot be changed.

Does Rob offer chartered fishing trips or guided hunts?

The DMFD Team is actively working on building a Chartered Fishing service. Contact Captain Colt Brown at 386-341-7253 to discuss the opportunity to book a Chartered Fishing trip.

These trips will be on Rob's boats but he may or may not be available. Captain Colt has been featured in numerous DMFD videos and is one of the best with many trips to choose from.

Guided Hunting trips are not currently available.

How do I invite the Arrington's to Hunt or Fish with me?

Robert and Sarah love receiving fan invites! Please send an email with all important details (location, season, specie, licensing information, accommodations, etc) to support@deermeatfordinner.com for consideration.

What gear do you recommend?

Our trusted partners are listed on our "Partners" tab. Because so many things for hunting and fishing are person, adventure location and specie targeted specific, we will always recommend our partner brands with talking to brand experts in your area to find the best gear for you or the person you're buying for.

Can Robert or Sarah send a special message to my loved one?

We are not able to send out special messages such as birthday or anniversary wishes at this time.

Do you have a list of trusted Captains or Guides?

Captain Colt Brown at 386-341-7253 is our recommendation for the North East coast of Florida and has many trips to choose from.

Regarding other locations in Florida and the US, we recommend visiting the Deer Meat For Dinner channel on YouTube and searching the channel for past shows featuring the location and reading the show descriptions.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area. Ensure you have included your email address and approved the receipt of emails.

Do you ship internationally?

We are able to ship orders to North America. If you are looking to ship outside of North America, please send an email to support@deermeatfordinner.com and we'll do our best to help you out!

How Long Does An International Order Take To Arrive?

International orders normally arrive within 2-4 weeks of shipping. Please note that these orders need to pass through the customs office in your country before it will be released for final delivery, which can occasionally cause additional delays. Once an order leaves our warehouse, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We, unfortunately, can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.
